Once the order is placed, the customer is transferred to the Sage Pay secure server to enter their payment details. Our merchant account is through HSBC bank. All information provided by our customers is kept in a confidential and secure manner. We do not collect sensitive information about our customers except when they specifically knowingly provide it. Canine Fine Arts does not sell or exchange our customers' personal information with any third party for commercial reasons and does not distribute mailing lists.

Customers have a right to cancel their order up to 7 working days after receipt of the order provided we are notified in writing of our customer's wish to return the order and provided that the goods are returned in a saleable 'as new' condition in the original packaging. We will then provide a refund less the costs of carriage. We recommend that customers obtain proof of posting from the post office when they return an order.
