| About Us |
| Canine Fine Arts is a mail order company based in Middlesex, England, 20 minutes from London's Heathrow Airport. We have been trading since 1996 and our limited edition prints and sculptures are sent throughout the world. The majority of our customers are European and North American, but we also regularly send orders to Australia, the Far East, South America and South Africa. |
| We offer an extensive range of the finest quality limited edition dog and equestrian prints by British Artists, in addition to a fine collection of handmade dog sculptures in cold cast bronze. Most of our dog sculptures are by the renowned British dog sculptor John Stanbridge, who is himself a breeder and championship show judge of pedigree dogs, which is reflected in the beauty and adherence to breed type of his work. In addition to our canine and equestrian art, we also offer an extensive collection of wildlife limited edition prints and bronze sculptures and a range of greeting cards. |

| Delivery |
| Delivery of prints and cards within the United Kingdom is made by Royal Mail and can be expected in 3-7 working days. Orders from outside the United Kingdom are sent by Royal Mail Airmail: delivery within Europe is approximately 5 - 12 working days, US and Canada approximately 7 - 14 working days; rest of the world approximately 10 - 16 days. Occasionally orders may take a little longer when circumstances are beyond our control. Our sculptures are handcrafted and take approximately 5-7 days to make from receipt of order. Delivery in the UK is made by DHL (or Royal Mail for the smaller sculptures). Delivery overseas is made by UPS (or Royal Mail for the smaller sculptures). Once dispatched, delivery of sculptures within the UK is 1-3 days, Europe 3-7 days, US and Canada 5-14 days and rest of the world 7-16 days. If your order is urgent due to a forthcoming event such as a birthday, Christmas, leaving present, etc., please contact us and wherever possible we will meet your deadline. In the case of urgent overseas deliveries, for an additional fee we can send the package by Airsure (for prints) and a priority courier service (for sculptures). |

All transaction information received by the Sage Pay VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. When using our secure payment facilities you will see a padlock symbol during the final secure ordering phase. |

Canine Fine Arts is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. We strictly adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in the UK. This Privacy Policy describes exactly how we use our customers' information, such as name, address, phone number, email address and payment details. We provide our customers with a secure transmission method of sending their personal data. We collect address, telephone and email address information for the purpose of providing our customers with the goods they wish to order. Payment details are taken through Protox which offers the highest level of encryption of payment information using 128-bit SSL certificates. Once the order is placed, the customer is transferred to the Sage Pay secure server to enter their payment details. Our merchant account is through HSBC bank. All information provided by our customers is kept in a confidential and secure manner. We do not collect sensitive information about our customers except when they specifically knowingly provide it. Canine Fine Arts does not sell or exchange our customers' personal information with any third party for commercial reasons and does not distribute mailing lists. |
